Mazi started in Athens from a simple observation: the hard part of hiring into Greece is almost never the hiring. It is the permit file that comes back for one missing translation, the appointment nobody can book, the apartment that falls through because the AFM is not issued yet — and the HR team abroad who has no way to see any of it happening.
So we built the thing we wished existed: licensed Greek immigration counsel doing the filings, an Athens team doing the ground work — housing, AFM, AMKA, banking, schools — and one dashboard where the company and the person moving both see the same live status.
Mazi combines immigration and relocation expertise with a technology layer that makes each case visible, trackable and easier to coordinate.

Panos has worked across asylum casework with the EU Agency for Asylum (EUAA), labour-market integration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and Greek immigration consultancy — advising clients directly on visa categories, residence permits, tax registration and social security enrolment.
That work kept surfacing the same problem: employers and employees were left coordinating lawyers, authorities and relocation providers separately, with no single place to see the whole case. Mazi is the attempt to fix that.
Mazi coordinates the case end-to-end. Licensed Greek immigration counsel handles regulated legal work, filings and legal representation where required.
