Every file gets one Greek case lead and a scope agreed in writing. Licensed Greek counsel handles the legal work where it's required, and your client's HR can follow the case in the portal.
What we can take on in Greece
Metaklisi and volume hiring
The employer-invitation procedure for roles filled from outside the EU, planned around the yearly quota.
Housing search
Short-list, viewings and the lease, coordinated with the assignee's arrival date.
Settling in
Tax number (AFM), social security number (AMKA), bank account and school places, in the order the Greek system needs them.
Renewals
The renewal file before the permit expires, with reminders to HR 90, 60 and 30 days ahead.

Questions we get asked
Is Mazi an established company?
No. Mazi is a new company, being set up in Athens. We say so plainly because you would ask for references we do not have yet. What we offer instead is a written scope for every file and a named lead you can call.
Who files the applications?
Mazi prepares the file. Licensed Greek immigration counsel handles the legal work and filing where required, and the employer signs what the procedure asks the employer to sign.
Do you cover all of Greece?
In person, Athens. Outside Athens we work through local partners and remotely. Applications go to the migration office responsible for where the assignee lives.
Can our client follow the case?
Yes. Your client's HR can have portal access to their own cases — stage, deadlines, outstanding documents and messages — with role-based access to personal documents.
How is pricing set?
Per programme, agreed in writing before the first file. We do not publish prices.
